Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy regarding returns conforms to the consumer law as defined by the ACCC - Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.

If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days and we will via phone +61449981239 or email mail@arthurlawrence.com.

Refunds will be made via the method of payment. The refund will exclude delivery charges. 

We are keen to help resolve any problem our consumers have regarding suitability or product integrity on a case by case basis.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a reasonable state enabling us to examine the product for defects and in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a refund is acceptable, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a the time allocated by the particular service.


If you are due a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@arthurlawrence.com and send your item to: box 434 Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia, 4567 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: box 434, Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia, 4567 .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
